1. What the warranty covers

Every item is covered for 24 months from delivery against manufacturing faults — stitching that comes apart, hardware that fails, glue that separates, or a zip that stops working under normal use.

Not covered:

  • Normal wear — patina, softening leather, scuffed soles, faded edges.
  • Damage from accidents, water, heat, or storing the item badly.
  • Work done by a repairer other than one we approved.
  • Items bought from anyone other than Lucora.

2. Making a claim

Message Customer Service with your order number and photographs of the fault. We assess most claims within three business days.

If it is a manufacturing fault, we repair the item at no cost. Where a repair is not possible we replace it, and where neither is possible we refund you. Return shipping on an approved claim is on us.

3. Leather care

  • Wipe with a dry, soft cloth after each use — never soak leather.
  • Blot spills immediately; rubbing pushes the stain into the grain.
  • Keep leather away from perfume, alcohol and direct heat.
  • Condition every three to six months with a product made for the leather type.
  • Let a wet bag dry naturally at room temperature, never with a dryer.

Untreated and light-colored leathers absorb color from denim and printed fabric. That transfer is not a fault and is not covered.

4. Shoe care

  • Rotate pairs — leather needs a day to dry out between wears.
  • Use shoe trees to hold the shape and absorb moisture.
  • Brush off dirt before it dries into the seams.
  • Have soles and heels replaced before they wear through to the welt.

5. Storage

Store items in their dust bag, loosely stuffed so the shape holds, in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Avoid plastic containers — leather needs airflow, and trapped humidity causes mold.

Keep the box, dust bag and authenticity card. They matter if you ever resell the piece, and we need them for a warranty claim.
