1. Accepted payment methods

  • Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • Bank transfer to the account shown at checkout.
  • Crypto wallets supported in the Exchange section.

The methods available to you depend on your country and are shown before you confirm an order. We never ask for payment through channels outside the website.

2. Currency & charges

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee — that fee is set by your bank, not by us.

The amount shown at checkout is what we charge. We never store your full card number.

3. Your payment PIN

Set a payment PIN in Settings. It is required to confirm sensitive actions, so anyone who reaches your unlocked device still cannot move money without it.

Choose something that is not your birthday or a repeated digit, and never share it — our team will never ask you for it.

4. Secure transactions

  • All traffic runs over encrypted HTTPS connections.
  • Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form.
  • Card details are handled by our payment provider — they do not sit on our servers.
  • Bank and wallet details you save stay in your device's local storage.
  • Sessions expire, so signing out on a shared device ends access.

5. Staying safe on Exchange

Exchange matches you with another member, so a few habits protect you:

  • Send payment only through the method confirmed inside the trade.
  • Never move the conversation or the payment off the platform.
  • Never release funds before you have confirmed the money arrived — a pending notification is not payment.
  • Let an unmatched trade auto-cancel rather than accepting an off-platform offer.

Lucora records the trade but is not a party to it. Anyone pressuring you to hurry or to settle elsewhere is a warning sign.

6. If something looks wrong

Contact Customer Service immediately if you see a charge you do not recognize, suspect someone else has your password or PIN, or a member asks you to pay outside the website. Change your password first, then tell us.
